About this Car Seat

Getting your little one in and out of the car can be difficult so Maxi-Cosi has made it really easy with the Maxi-Cosi Mica Eco i-Size Car Seat. It has 360° rotation so you can turn the seat to face the door, making getting your little one in and out much easier. Fitting into your car using Isofix points, there are audible and visual indicators to ensure that you have installed the Mica Eco correctly so you can be safe in the knowledge your little one really is safe.

The Mica Eco can be reclined in both forward and rearward-facing modes, so your little one will be comfy. It can be used from 61cm and can stay in the rearward position until they reach 105cm (usually around 4 years of age). If you want to use the seat from birth, you can purchase a newborn inlay separately. If you wish, you can change your little one to forward-facing from 15 months and at least 76cm, but the experts recommend you keep your little one rear-facing as long as possible as this is the safest way for them to travel.

Over 50 million babies have been carried home from the hospital in Maxi-Cosi car seats so they know a thing or two about safety. The Mica Eco uses innovative G-Cell technology; this absorbs the impact in case of a side collision, protecting your little one. The Mica Eco is also an i-Size car seat so it has been tested to the higher R129 standards.

As well as all these great features, the Mica Eco helps you do your bit for the environment too! Made with Eco Care, the fabrics on the seat are made from 100% recycled materials, so not only are the fabrics soft, breathable and comfortable, they're sustainable too! Maxi-Cosi also knows that your baby can get sick, or spill a drink whilst in the car, so they have made the covers removable and washable.
