Bathing a baby especially a newborn can be stressful due to them being so wriggly and it all being a new experience for them. Bath seats are designed to make bathing a baby a little easier and can range from a lie back seat that sit on the floor of the bath to an upright seat that supports them in a sitting position. Some bath seats have straps or bumper bars and some even have toys to help keep baby entertained. Choosing the right bath support depends on their age as most bath seats are not recommended until your baby can sit up from about 4 months - 6 months and bath supports are primarily aimed at newborn babies. At Uber Kids we have swivel bath seats and ones that open from the sides for easy access and regards to the bath support we have foam sponge supports and ergonomic supports. The purpose of bath seats and supports just give you the parent that extra bit of security when your child is in the bath. Please remember never leave a child unattended in a bath.
