About this Car Seat
You can be safe in the knowledge your little one is as safe as can be on your journey with the Nuna NORR i-Size Car Seat. Not only is it R129 compliant, but it has also passed the voluntary Swedish PLUS test which is one of the hardest to pass! Suitable for use from 40cm to 105cm, which is approximately birth to 4 years old it will help to keep your precious bundle safe in their early years.
Once installed, begin by rotating the seat towards the car door allowing you to lift your child into the seat quickly and easily. You can keep the harnesses out of the way while you do this by using the convenient magnetic harness holders too. Once they are in place and the straps secured in place, spin them to face the rear of the car and you are ready to go. You can ensure they are even more comfortable on their journey with the seven-position recline feature.
While sitting in the seat, while they are very little, the patented Tailor tech memory foam and removable infant head and body inserts keep them safe and snuggly and as they grow, these can be removed as required. The clever eight-position headrest is connected to the five-point harness so as you lift the headrest to suit your little one as they grow, the harness also adjusts to the correct height and requires no complicated unthreading and rethreading!
The seat comes with a base attached that is fixed into your car using the Isofix points and has a crumple zone within the stability leg that absorbs impact and minimises forces on your little one. The integrated rebound bar also helps to reduce rotation during an impact to assist in keeping them safe. The high-quality fabric twill knit paired with a bamboo blend creates a breathable and comfortable environment for them to sit in. As they get older, your little one can use the integrated footrest to assist them in climbing into the seat.
The NORR also has automatically opening side impact protection to create an extra safety zone to protect your child and it works with the integrated foam to absorb energy earlier and significantly reduce the force of impact. The seat also has ultra-resilient, top-of-the-line plastics and steel reinforcement making a heavy-duty, secure shell.
