About this Car Seat
Chicco has designed the Fold & Go Air i-Size Car Seat which brings together the evolution of safety, comfort and practicality. Designed to be used from when your little one reaches 100cm through to when they no longer need a car seat. Thanks to its foldability, it’s really easy to carry and store, making it especially handy for people like grandparents who may not need it every day.
The seat will grow with your little one, it adjusts in height and width but, unlike most other seats that have this feature, the Fold & Go Air can adjust the height and width independently of each other so you can adjust to fit your child. The adjustment handles are conveniently located in the headrest so you can make the adjustment while the seat is still installed. The seat can also be set to one of four recline settings, allowing the ultimate comfort for your little one. The Air fabric is designed to give greater airflow around your little one while travelling so your little one has a more comfortable journey.
The seat can be fitted into your car using Isofix connectors if you have them in your car but is just as safe being installed with the 3-point seat in your car too. Once it is in your car, you simply use the 3-point belt to hold your child in place. There is some extra protection too in case of a frontal impact; the belt positioner keeps the belt in the correct place, protecting the delicate abdominal zone. There is a side safety system built into the seat too providing greater protection in case of a side-impact collision. There is also a Safe Pad included, which fits around the seat belt in your car to give extra chin and chest protection.
