A new addition to the popular KIDFIX range, here comes the Britax Römer KIDFIX² S! This stylish highback booster Group 2/3 car seat has a new, sportier look and a deeper seat to offer more room to small and taller children alike. It also gives extra safety to your child as they ride, thanks to the combination of Side Impact Protection and SecureGuard abdomen protection! The KIDFIX² S differs from previous KIDFIX models because the KIDFIX² S gives you the flexibility to remove the backrest!
Comfortably padded and deeper so larger children can sit inside, the KIDFIX² S is the solution that you have been waiting for when your little one is taller than average but you still want to keep them superbly safe. A superior side impact protection system leaves more space for other passengers in the back of the car as it can be adjustably extended for use on whichever side the car door is on. To make installation easier, the seat is fitted with ISOFIX to hold the seat in place and a 3-point seatbelt to keep your child safe, with indicators to guide the seat belt through correctly and further indicators on the ISOFIX attachment arms that confirm when they are correctly in place. The side wings are deep and softly padded for further comfort.
The KIDFIX² S also features a SecureGuard lap protector with ensures optimal lap belt positioning and helps to reduce abdominal forces in the event of a frontal collision by up to 35%. The V-shaped backrest means that the seat can cope with a growing child. The ergonomically designed headrest is great for the ultimate sleeping position, and the padded cover is removable for easy machine washing at 30°c - very convenient. It's recommended that your little one stays in their highback booster for as long as possible, but with the KIDFIX² S, you have the ability to remove the backrest when your little one reaches 135cm if you need to.
