More than just a waterproof sheet the Hippychick Tencel Fitted Mattress Protector for Cots helps to protect against the growth of bacteria and therefore makes their bed a more pleasant place to be. We all know that waterproof sheets tend to be 'crinkly' and uncomfortable, but not these, they are soft, breathable, waterproof and absorbent.

All about me

The fitted sheets are made with this clever Tencel material which actually draws moisture away from you which in turn keeps you cool. This material has unique moisture absorption properties and in order for bacteria to grow, it requires moisture, without this mould and mites find it difficult to grow and survive. There is also a polyurethane layer which makes the sheet waterproof and this also acts as an anti-allergy barrier making it even better for hayfever and asthma sufferers. 

Tencel is a natural fibre made from 100% biodegradable wood pulp cellulose and comes from trees farms that have PEFC and FSC certification so you can be sure you are not harming the environment with your purchase. Tencel has really unique features- it is soft as silk, cool as linen and more absorbent than cotton!
