For order enquiries, questions regarding returns and any other questions regarding existing orders, please contact our customers services team.
Our customer service department is open Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm. At the weekend or outside of these hours you can contact us via email and we will answer your enquiry as soon as possible during our normal working hours. Before doing so please check your emails for order confirmations, product updates, and despatch confirmations that include tracking information for all carriage services which allow this facility, this means that parcels can be tracked 24/7 by visiting the carrier’s website with this information to hand. Technical queries which require input from the manufacturer cannot be answered outside of Monday to Friday due to their availability.
