Assistant Category Manager

The nursery industry is fast paced and innovative, so you'll need to know your ISOFIX from your I-SIZE, have a passion for these products and be ready for continuous learning.

With a background in product and sales, you'll support our Brand Manager, ensuring the very best range of high-quality performance car seats, pushchairs & other nursery essentials are sourced, marketed and serviced in the most customer focussed way possible.

  • You'll be responsible for:
  • Maintaining a live awareness of the nursery industry and its changing consumer trends
  • Maintaining and evolving our products and ranges, managing the life cycle and seasonality of products with internal teams
  • Building and driving relationships with suppliers to improve pricing and quality of services
  • Monitoring pricing and promotions across all channels
  • Ensuring product availability meets demand
  • Assisting with category management to optimise our ranges and their related merchandising
  • Developing strong working relationships with buying, marketing and merchandising teams
  • To be a great Assistant Category Manager, you'll need:
  • Previous industry experience and/or a strong passion for the industry and its product range
  • Professionalism, reliability, confidence and enthusiasm
  • A robust knowledge of the key principles of category management, product marketing and sales
  • A keen eye for detail, opportunities and trends
  • High levels of competency with the ability to analyse and present data in a clear manner
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to react quickly to change
  • A strong sense of urgency and time management to prioritise your workload
  • An ability to innovate, adapt and think on your feet

Digital Marketing Executive

We're looking for a passionate Digital Marketing Executive to join the digital team and drive the day-to-day marketing activities for the Demon Tweeks brand.

You will be comfortable working across public facing digital channels and have a willingness to work on content according to best practice for an industry leading business.

This role will work closely with and support the Group Marketing Manager across multiple channels.

  • You'll be responsible for:
  • Populating and maintaining the content calendar
  • Helping to develop the social media strategy
  • Creating posts for multiple social media channels and platforms
  • Assisting in building email campaigns
  • Updating website promotions and banners
  • Liaising with numerous stakeholders across the business
  • Campaign and channel reporting
  • To be a great Digital Marketing Executive, you'll need:
  • Social media marketing experience
  • Email marketing experience (or awareness)
  • Creative with an eye for design
  • Knowledge of Photoshop and HTML
  • Organised and articulate
  • Excellent written communication
  • Willingness to learn & develop
